What You’ll Do

Speaking with interested leads over phone
Understanding customer requirements and answering their questions
Explaining our programs clearly and confidently
Building a positive relationship with potential customers
Following up with interested leads
Converting genuine enquiries into successful admissions
Updating lead details and follow-up status
