Role
SAP HCM Technical Consultant / Analyst
Experience: 5+ years of relevant SAP HCM experience; L3/L4 level.
Core Expertise
Solid hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration, particularly Payroll.
Key Skill Areas
SAP HCM / HR configuration
Payroll configuration
PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) - hands-on experience required
HR/payroll-related configuration remediation
Ability to work on changes to HR attributes/configurations and remediate downstream configurations.
Nature of work: Primarily hands-on keyboard/configuration work, not just functional/project management.
Immediate requirement: Resources need to be able to start quickly, subject to availability and onboarding.
Location: India preferred, but location is versatile; remote/global resources can also be considered.
Working hours:
Should be comfortable with India evening shifts / US overlap, approximately 2 PM-11 PM IST. Shift/weekend flexibility may be required depending on workload.
