Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or relevant engineering field.
Experience in CMM operation and programming.
Hands-on experience with CMM machines and inspection software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, MCOSMOS or equivalent.
Positive knowledge of GD&T;, engineering drawings, dimensional tolerances and inspection methods.
Knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
Ability to develop, modify and execute CMM programs.
Positive understanding of 3D inspection and dimensional measurement.
Ability to analyze CMM reports and identify dimensional deviations.

Job Responsibilities
Operate CMM for dimensional and geometric inspection of manufactured components.
Create, modify and execute CMM inspection programs as per engineering drawings and customer requirements.
Perform First Piece, In-Process and Final Inspection.




Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T; symbols, tolerances and specifications.
Conduct dimensional checks for size, position, profile, flatness, concentricity, perpendicularity and other geometric characteristics.
Prepare and maintain accurate CMM inspection reports.
Perform CMM setup, component alignment and probe qualification/calibration.
Identify deviations and coordinate with Production, Engineering and Quality teams for corrective action.
Support NCR, Root Cause Analysis and CAPA activities.
Maintain CMM equipment, probes, fixtures and inspection records.
Ensure proper calibration and safe handling of measuring equipment.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
