Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Maintain CNC machines, motors, drives, sensors, and control panels.
Identify and rectify machine faults to minimize downtime.
Perform routine inspections and equipment servicing.
Maintain maintenance records and prepare breakdown reports.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
Experience in CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of CNC machines, PLCs, electrical circuits, and control panels.
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
Familiarity with CNC machines such as DMG MORI, Doosan, and Mori Seiki is an advantage.
