The Center

Lead and oversee all operations within the center
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and ensure financial success




Manage and mentor a team of instructors and support staff
Create a positive and inclusive setting for children and families
Coordinate and schedule classes, camps, and events
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Build relationships with parents, schools, and community partners
Promote The Little Gym brand and mission within the local community
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
