Manage end-to-end gifting enquiries for individual, corporate, wedding, and festive clients by assessing their specific occasion, quantity, budget, and packaging preferences.
Develop repeat and referral prospects from successful orders.
Convert enquiries into confirmed orders through effective consultation and follow-up.
Develop repeat business and referrals from existing customers.
Follow up after completed orders and collect meaningful customer feedback.
Build & Maintain relationships with existing clients, corporate clients, wedding customers for repeat gifting opportunities.
