About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Centre Manager to lead sales, business development, and centre operations for our physiotherapy and wellness centre. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in driving revenue, developing corporate tie-ups, managing teams, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales, revenue growth, and business development for physiotherapy and wellness services.
Develop corporate tie-ups with companies, hospitals, gyms, fitness centres, and other potential partners.
Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Oversee daily centre operations and ensure smooth service delivery.




Build solid client relationships and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, revenue generation, and target achievement.
Prepare business reports and implement strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
20+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, centre management, or operations.
Experience in physiotherapy, healthcare, or wellness, will be preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to develop corporate partnerships and drive business growth.
Solid ownership, accountability, and a professional approach.
