Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Hirementum's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns




Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to customers and providing personalized solutions
Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall service quality
Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition onto Hirementum's platform
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better assist customers
Effectively multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Uphold Hirementum's values and mission by delivering excellent customer support at all times.

Salary- 12k to 15 k ctc

Location- vibhutikhand gomtinagar Lucknow
