Job Summary

Lenskart is hiring Customer Support Executives for its Mohali location. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, chats, emails, or other support channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Assist customers with product, order, delivery, return, exchange, and service-related queries.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Resolve complaints professionally within the defined timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Meet assigned customer service and performance targets.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / BPO / Retail preferred.




Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable handling customer queries and complaints.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Candidates should be willing to work from the Mohali location.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
