Role & responsibilities
Handle customer and dealer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers and dealers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and other internal teams for timely order processing.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, and customer requirements.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate for quick resolution.
Maintain customer and order records and provide regular follow-ups.
Support the sales team in customer communication and coordination.
