THE ROLE

This role is about building institutional partnerships that keep delivering, not chasing one-off leads. You will open doors with developers, brokers, and large real estate mandates, turn those conversations into signed tie-ups, and then make sure the tie-up actually produces month after month. You will be in the market meeting partners, not managing them over email.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Building and deepening relationships across developers, brokers, channel partners, and large mandates
Onboarding and activating current partners — signed, live, and sourcing
A healthy sourcing pipeline that grows in volume and spread, not concentration
Commercial negotiation and closure, from first conversation to signed terms
Senior stakeholder relationships on the partner side, kept warm and productive
Revenue and disbursement numbers from your partnerships
Field engagement — regular partner meetings, site visits,



and on-ground presence

YOUR TARGETS
Current partners onboarded and activated each month
Sourcing volume and disbursement from your alliances
Partner activation rate — signed partners that are actually live
Repeat contribution: share of business from long-term partners, not one-off deals
Pipeline spread across developers and channels, so no single partner carries the number
