Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Record and update customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM/HRMS or relevant system.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or senior team member.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues efficiently.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet defined customer service, response time, and quality targets.
Collect and communicate customer feedback to the relevant teams.
Follow company policies, processes, and customer service standards.

Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
0–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-oriented attitude with valuable listening skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/customer support tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good time-management and multitasking skills.
