Looking for someone who can support with data research, database preparation, outreach coordination, follow-ups, and basic analysis for an upcoming initiative.

nThis will be a part time or project-based role for the next 2 to 3 months.

nResponsibilities:

Research and prepare structured databases

Collect and organize relevant information from different sources
n
Maintain clean trackers in Excel or Google Sheets
n
Identify the right people or organizations to connect with
n
Send qualified messages and emails when required
n
Follow up in a timely and organized manner
n
Coordinate calls and meetings
n
Prepare weekly progress reports
n
Analyze collected data and share easy insights
n
Support planning and coordination of upcoming activities
