Job Responsibilities
Assist customers through the complete buying cycle and deliver exceptional service
Drive store-level sales and achieve individual and team targets
Support daily retail operations including cash handling, inventory management, reporting, and merchandising
Ensure responsible opening and closing of the store
Maintain high standards of in-store visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
Support the Store Manager and collaborate effectively with the team
Manage store assets and equipment responsibly
Share customer feedback and on-ground insights to improve store performance

Candidate Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales
Prior experience with an international fashion brand preferred
Strong customer service orientation
Comfortable using basic computer applications




Positive understanding of customer service principles and practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Team player with good listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer concerns diplomatically
Honest, mature, well-organized, and detail-oriented
Positive, proactive, and “can-do” attitude
Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and work in a quick-paced retail workplace
Bachelor’s degree from any stream

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
