ArtCl is an AI-driven cloud and ERP solutions company focused on helping SMEs automate their business operations. Our solutions integrate AI, ERP, billing, inventory, accounting, and automation tools to simplify business management.

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer who can assist our customers in using our ERP and AI-based solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support for ArtCl ERP and Smaai platform
Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or chat
Assist clients with billing, inventory, and ERP-related issues
Guide users in using system features and resolving basic technical issues
Escalate complex technical issues to the technical team
Maintain proper ticket tracking and issue documentation
Support customer onboarding and product training
Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick response times

Required Skills
Positive communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred)




Basic understanding of ERP systems or business software
Ability to explain technical concepts in straightforward terms
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to handle multiple customer requests
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus
Familiarity with digital marketing terms is also a plus

Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science / IT / Business / Commerce
Diploma also acceptable
Experience in software support or SaaS customer service
Understanding of billing, GST, or inventory systems is an advantage
