Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced On-Prem DevOps Engineer to manage and automate on-premises infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and application environments. The candidate should have strong experience with DevOps tools, Linux, containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and infrastructure automation.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
Manage and support on-premises servers and infrastructure.
Work with Linux/Unix environments, shell scripting, and system administration.
Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Automate infrastructure and configuration management using Ansible and/or Terraform.
Manage source code repositories using Git/GitLab/Bitbucket.
Automate application deployments and workplace provisioning.
Monitor application and infrastructure performance and troubleshoot production issues.




Work with tools such as Nexus/Artifactory, SonarQube, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and security teams.
Support production releases, incident resolution, and environment upgrades.
Implement best practices for security, availability, backup, and disaster recovery.

Required Skills
5–8 years of experience in DevOps / Infrastructure / Deployment.
Strong hands-on experience in On-Premises settings.
Jenkins and CI/CD.
Linux/Unix administration.
Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Ansible.
Git/GitLab/Bitbucket.
Shell scripting; Python is an advantage.
Valuable understanding of networking, servers, and infrastructure.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
