Job SummaryWe are looking for a Data Analyst – Operations to analyze operational data, prepare reports, identify trends, and provide insights that help improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze operational data from multiple sources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Track key operational KPIs and performance metrics.
Identify trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
Work with operations teams to understand business requirements and data needs.
Create and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of reports.
Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes where possible.




Present data-driven insights to management and stakeholders.
Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements.

Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, Operations Analytics, or a similar role.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
Experience with Power BI and dashboard creation.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
