Key Responsibilities
Delegate Acquisition
Identify, research, and engage senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains.
Drive registrations for AIM Media House’s international conferences and forums.
Maintain high-quality communication with potential attendees via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
Speaker Acquisition
Research and map industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable for event agendas.
Reach out, pitch event value propositions, and secure commitments from high-caliber speakers.
Coordinate with the content team to align speaker profiles with session topics.
Community Engagement
Build robust relationships with participants and maintain an active network for future events.




Act as the point of contact for confirmed delegates and speakers, ensuring a seamless pre-event experience.

Desired Skills & Experience
1–4 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, business development for events/conferences.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior-level executives.
Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers.
Familiarity with outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, calling).
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for community building.
