Key Responsibilities:
Scientific Leadership & Expertise:
Serve as the scientific expert for Women's health, providing deep clinical and therapeutic insights.
Lead scientific discussions, medical reviews, and evidence-based recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Develop and deliver high-quality medical and scientific training to internal teams.
Medical Affairs Strategy & Execution:
Contribute to medical strategy, medical plans, and priority initiatives for the Women's Health portfolio.
Provide scientific input for clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies, publication plans, and medical education programs.
Generate and communicate field insights to shape strategy, evidence needs, and lifecycle management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with regulatory, clinical development, commercial, and access teams to ensure scientific alignment.
Support brand teams with scientific content, medical guidance, and expert review of promotional/non-promotional materials.
Scientific Communication & External Engagement (20% field):
Participate in key scientific meetings, congresses, and KOL interactions to gather insights and disseminate data.
Support external expert engagement initiatives, advisory boards, and clinical research discussions as required.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
MD in Pharmacology (mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum 2–4 years of Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Women's Health.
Prior experience in AMA/MSL/SMA roles is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent scientific communication, medical writing, and presentation capabilities.
Robust cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder leadership.
Ability to interpret complex scientific data and convert it into actionable medical insights.
