Customer Support Representative (CSR) at RecurPost.

Job Type: Full-time.

Work Mode: Fully Remote / Work From Home.

Experience: Minimum 2 Years.

Shift Timings: 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM, 1:00 AM - 9:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via chat, email, and support tickets.
Assist users with product-related queries, setup guidance, and troubleshooting.
Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely, and skilled solutions.
Troubleshoot basic technical and product-related issues.
Escalate technical or complex issues to the relevant internal teams.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and a positive user experience.
Stay updated on RecurPost features, workflows, and product updates.
Follow support processes and SLAs consistently.

Required Skills Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support for a SaaS product or software product is mandatory.
Technical background is required.
Computer Engineering / Computer Science / IT or another relevant technical background is preferred.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong technical understanding of web applications and SaaS platforms.




Ability to troubleshoot basic technical and product-related issues.
Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote workplace.
Comfortable working in evening/night shifts.
Good computer proficiency and typing skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Prior experience with customer support tools, ticketing systems, or live chat platforms.
Experience supporting web-based SaaS products.
Good typing speed and robust computer proficiency.
