Handle and resolve customer complaints in a skilled and timely manner
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies




Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Meet or exceed customer service SLAs and KPIs
Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
