Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution
Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns and improve processes




Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to better assist customers
Meet or exceed customer service KPIs and goals
Identify prospects for upselling or cross-selling products to customers
Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy
Participate in ongoing training and skill development to enhance customer support capabilities
Work in a fast-paced workplace with a focus on delivering high-quality support to customers.

Salary: 15K

Shift: 5 Days working with 2 Rorational Off
