Job Summary

Mindmap Digital Private Limited is looking for a CS Trainee who is interested in building a career in corporate law, securities law, and regulatory compliance.

The selected candidate will gain practical exposure to various corporate and regulatory matters and will have an chance to develop hands-on knowledge in compliance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities & Exposure
Gain practical knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and related compliance requirements.
Assist with e-filing and compliance activities on the MCA portal.
Gain exposure to SEBI ICDR Regulations and SEBI LODR Regulations.
Assist with FEMA-related compliances and regulations.
Gain exposure to IPO and listing-related compliances.




Assist with corporate governance and other regulatory requirements.
Support the team in preparing and maintaining statutory and compliance-related documents.

Basic Requirements
Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013.
Practical experience in e-filing on the MCA portal.
Valuable communication and documentation skills.
Willingness to learn and develop practical knowledge in corporate and securities law.
Candidates with 02 years of experience can apply.
