Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and skilled manner
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and sales
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers
Handle customer escalations and de-escalate tense situations with empathy and problem-solving skills
Meet daily performance metrics and goals set by management
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and resolution of issues.
