Role & responsibilities
Guiding the Junior Technicians and helpers in the routine CSSD jobs.
Taking the responsibility of all the articles received properly and issued the sterile articles well to various departments.
Taking the responsibility of maintenance of the equipments.
Taking the responsibility of discipline in the department.
Taking the responsibility of discipline in the CSSD and steam line the work flow of the department in the absence of head of the department.
Taking the responsibility to maintain CSSD all consumables inventory.
Communicate to the HOD regarding any unusual incident happened in the department.
You will actively participate in continuous process improvement initiatives aimed at adding value to both the department and the organization.
