Management Reviews for All Departments
Handle the Revenue Generation Teams and provide them with necessary inputs on Business Growths
Financial Oversight: Monitor financials, budgets, cost control, and performance of various business units.
Dashboard & Reporting: Create executive dashboards and reports for business review and decision-making.
Goal Setting & Review: Assist in setting and reviewing goals for Top management.
Stakeholder Interaction: Work closely with internal leaders and external stakeholders like government, business leaders, and consultants.
