Manage end-to-end policy issuance for assigned pending cases & Billdesk payment collected cases.
Ensure timely policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, documentation and query resolution
Coordinate with sales, underwriting, claims, operations and other internal teams for seamless delivery
Maintain & timely publish accurate MIS of pendency, Billdesk collected, 1UP pending cases report etc.
