As a Customer Service representative at Asd India Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, address customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services. Additionally, you will accurately document customer interactions, update customer accounts, and collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a positive and patient attitude. Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and emails promptly and professionally
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction and retention
Keep thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Participate in training and development prospects to improve customer service skills
Contribute to a positive work environment by actively engaging with colleagues and supervisors.
