Teleperformance is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support-Voice process representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and skilled manner. Duties include answering incoming calls, providing product information, addressing concerns, processing orders, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required. This is a full time position with prospects for growth and development within the company.

Provide exceptional customer service over the phone for a variety of inquiries and issues
Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner




Update customer information in the database accurately
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or supervisors
Follow company policies and procedures while assisting customers
Meet established customer service goals and metrics
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
