As a Domestic Recruitment specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for various domestic positions within our organization. You will utilize recruitment strategies to attract top talent, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Conducting interviews with domestic candidates for various positions
Reviewing resumes and applications to determine qualification for open positions
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and preferences
Posting job listings on various platforms and social media channels
Sourcing candidates through networking,



referrals, and online job boards
Screening applicants to ensure they meet job requirements and align with company culture
Coordinating interviews and follow-up communication with candidates
Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs
Assisting with onboarding and orientation of current hires
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
