Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the enrollment process, providing information on course offerings, and assisting with career planning. They will also be responsible for conducting educational assessments and advising students on the best course of study for their career goals. Provide academic counseling to students on various skilled courses offered by the center
Evaluate students' educational needs and goals and assist them in choosing the right courses
Guide students in understanding the eligibility criteria, course curriculum, and career prospects
Organize informative sessions and workshops to enhance students’ knowledge and skills
Assess students’ progress and provide feedback to help them improve their performance
Coordinate with instructors to address students’ academic concerns and provide additional support if needed
Keep abreast of industry trends and educational developments to provide up-to-date guidance to students
Maintain accurate and confidential records of students’ academic progress and counseling sessions
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance students’ learning experience
Act as a mentor and role model for students, providing emotional support and encouragement as needed.
