Role & responsibilities
Complete management, support, fine tuning, security, maintenance and operation of Database of Dial 112.
Provide a strategic database direction for the organization.
Regular backup of database as defined by Police.
Ensuing high availability of Dial 112 Application & Database.
Troubleshooting of Dial 112 Applications and Database related issues.
Cooperating with PMC and Police and furnishing data/reports as required by PMC.
Any global certification in Database administration.

Preferred:
Robust understanding of database concepts, data modeling, and normalization
Proficiency in SQL and experience with one or more RDBMS platforms (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Experience with database monitoring and performance tuning tools
Knowledge of backup, restore, recovery models, and disaster recovery planning
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, PowerShell) for automation
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team and independently, including in a 24x7 setting (if required)
