nThe Digital Transformation Officer drives projects that digitize workflows, improve efficiency, and integrate contemporary technologies into SCG’s India operations.

nKey Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for process digitalization.

Support implementation of automation, ERP, or data-driven tools.
n
Collaborate with business units to improve user adoption.
n
Track digital project KPIs and report progress.
n
Research emerging technologies relevant to SCG.

nQualifications

n
Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or Engineering.
n
0–3 years in digital or innovation roles; current graduates are welcome .
n
Familiarity with ERP systems, process mapping, or digital tools.
n
Solid problem-solving and project coordination skills.
n
