Bozzocabs Pvt Ltd is launching a subscription-based ride-hailing platform in Hyderabad, moving away from commission-based models to secure stable driver earnings and fair pricing, with broader plans to expand across India.

What You Will Do

As a Driver & Customer Onboarding Executive, you will manage daily operations in office, guiding new drivers through the platform transition and ensuring reliable service delivery for customers.
Lead the onboarding process for drivers adopting our fixed-subscription model, ensuring they are fully equipped to navigate the platform.
Coordinate daily management tasks to maintain high service reliability across Hyderabad.
Support incoming customers and drivers with direct assistance and clear communication.

What the Role Requires
Experience in management, team leadership,



or operational roles within transportation, logistics, supply chain, or storage.
Ability to work in office in Hyderabad for a 48-hour workweek.
Readiness to navigate a 6-month probation period as we scale our operations.

Compensation and Perks

We offer a monthly salary of INR 8,000–12,000.
