Position: Dispatch Executive

Experience: 2–3 +Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Location: Vasai East

Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans and other required documents.
Coordinate with transporters, customers and internal departments.
Check material quantity and packing before dispatch.
Maintain dispatch records and update daily dispatch status.
Track deliveries and follow up with transporters.
Handle dispatch-related queries and resolve issues on time.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of dispatch records.
Coordinate with the production, stores and accounts teams for smooth dispatch operations.

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer.
Positive knowledge of dispatch and logistics process.
Ability to maintain records properly.
Responsible and punctual.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
