Continuously monitor and operate distillery process on day to day basis to achieve production target
Coordination with Quality, Engineering, Procurements, stores, & admin teams for day to day operations.
Optimize asset utilization, Plant efficiency
Fulfilling of FSSAI requirements in Production & Maintenance
Achievement of production targets

Unit Consumption of steam, Water and Chemicals
Continues improvement of quality and efficiencies in Operations.
Ensure preventive maintenance and Implement Planned maintenance schedule
Ensure zero defect of production quality as per company quality standard
Ensure up keep of plant and machinery.

Maximize & maintain the ENA yield on daily basis
Continuously monitor the Process chemical costs, steam consumption and take steps to keep them at an optimum level.
Identify cost improvement initiatives and make plans and get budget to implement the same.

Motivate the team by creating a stimulating, positive and energetic work atmosphere
