Order Fulfillment: Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules according to sales orders, production output, and priority targets.
Logistics Coordination: Book trucks, containers, or transport fleets and assign delivery routes to optimize freight costs and transit times.
Loading & Quality Control: Supervise material handling, packing security, and barcode/invoice scanning to verify that outgoing automotive parts or units match shipping manifests.
Documentation & Compliance: Generate delivery challans, e-way bills, invoices, and material gate passes while adhering to safety and transport regulations.
Cross-Functional Communication: Coordinate closely with production, warehouse inventory, and sales teams to resolve stock shortages or delivery delays.




Team Supervision: Lead dispatch staff and warehouse loaders, track daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintain dispatch performance logs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
