– MHT-CET FACULTY

(SALARY CRITERIA FOR FACULTY PER LECTURE 10,000 to 12,000 as per experience )
Teach MHT-CET-focused concepts for XI–XII Science students.
Conduct regular lectures, practice sessions, doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.
Prepare students according to the MHT-CET syllabus, exam pattern and marking scheme.
Focus on conceptual clarity, MCQ-solving techniques, speed and accuracy.
Prepare and conduct topic-wise tests, mock tests and assessments.
Analyse student performance and provide individual academic guidance.
Prepare worksheets, question banks and practice material.
Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging learning setting.
Coordinate with the academic team regarding lesson plans, tests and student progress.

Required Experience & Skills
Relevant Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the respective subject.
4–5+ years of MHT-CET teaching experience preferred.




Solid knowledge of the MHT-CET syllabus and question pattern.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to teach concepts clearly and develop students' problem-solving speed.
Student-focused and result-oriented approach.

Required Experience & Skills
