V2 Retail Ltd. is looking for experienced senior Buying & Merchandising leaders to lead our Men's, Ladies, and Kids divisions at our Head Office in Gurugram.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the overall buying strategy, category vision and commercial performance of the respective division.
Own divisional P&L;, revenue, gross margin, sell-through and stock productivity.
Drive OTB planning, range architecture, assortment planning and category strategy.
Lead vendor strategy, sourcing partnerships and commercial negotiations.
Identify market trends, consumer preferences and competitor movements to build commercially successful ranges.
Drive private-label / in-house brand development and product strategy.
Lead and develop teams of Assistant Division Heads, Sub-Division Heads/Managers, Buyers, PO Officers and Category Planners.
Work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Store Operations,



Visual Merchandising and other stakeholders to deliver business objectives.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for professionals with:
12–18 years of experience in Buying & Merchandising within fashion/apparel retail.
4–5 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing large teams.
Solid experience in P&L; ownership, OTB, range planning, vendor management and commercial negotiations.
Experience handling multi-category and multi-store retail operations.
Solid analytical, commercial, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in value / mid-market fashion retail will be preferred.
Exposure to private labels, Tier 2/Tier 3 markets and Indian fashion retail will be an advantage.
