We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-presented and experienced Fashion Consultant / Senior Fashion Consultant to join our fashion retail team in Thane West.

The ideal candidate should have experience in fashion or apparel retail, excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality and a solid passion for fashion and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Assist customers with product selection and styling advice.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Deliver an excellent customer shopping experience.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Maintain excellent store presentation and product displays.




Support visual merchandising activities.
Keep the store organised, attractive and customer-ready.
Contribute to overall store sales and business growth.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.
Fashion/apparel retail experience preferred.
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
Target-oriented and positive attitude.
Interest in fashion, styling and customer service.
Well-groomed and professionally presented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Shift Timings Shift 1: 11:25 AM – 9:30 PM

Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
