We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with experience in Interior Fit-Out and Turnkey Projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing design concepts,
preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural layouts, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
Develop space planning and interior design concepts.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for design execution.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and timelines.
Assist in material selection and technical approvals.
Support project execution from design to handover.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
Proficiency in Revit and 3D visualization software is an added advantage.
Valuable understanding of Interior Fit-Out and Turnkey Projects.
Knowledge of GFC drawings, BOQs, and construction detailing.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Preferred Experience
3–7 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out/Turnkey Projects.
Experience in commercial office, retail, hospitality, or corporate interior projects.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
