Act as main point of contact for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for field positions
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through networking and recruiting events
Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate qualifications and fit for positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and identify key competencies needed
Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow-ups, and job offers for selected candidates
Manage recruitment process from initial sourcing to onboarding of recent hires
