Duties and Responsibilities
Process applications for registrations such as Trademark, IEC, MSME, GST, and other statutory registrations.
Manage GST filings and annual return compliances accurately and within prescribed timelines.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in line with compliance schedules.
Stay updated with the latest legal and regulatory developments and amendments.
Provide client support, resolve queries, and offer advisory services as required.
Build and maintain solid client relationships, ensuring regular updates on work progress.

Requirements and Qualifications
Qualified, semi-qualified, or CS drop-out candidates with strong hands-on experience in secretarial compliances.
Practical exposure to the Companies Act,



FEMA, SEBI, RBI regulations, GST, and other relevant laws.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Quick learner with a positive attitude and adaptability.
Candidates with relevant practical experience will be preferred.
