Electrician Flash Butt Welding / Railway Plant

Job Title: Electrician – Flash Butt Welding Machine

Department: Production / Maintenance

Location: As per project/site requirement

Experience: 1–5 years preferred

Qualification: ITI Electrician / Electrical Trade

Job Responsibilities:
Install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems of Flash Butt Welding machines.
Diagnose electrical faults in control panels, motors, relays, contactors, sensors, and wiring.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of welding equipment.
Check electrical connections, cables, switches, and safety systems regularly.
Assist in installation and commissioning of welding machines at project sites.
Maintain proper records of electrical maintenance and breakdowns.
Follow electrical safety procedures and company/site safety standards.
Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.

Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
Knowledge of control panels and electrical troubleshooting.
Ability to read basic electrical drawings.
Experience with welding machines will be an advantage.
Willingness to work at railway/project sites.
