Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Enterprise Sales Manager - B2B, located in Bengaluru.

The Enterprise Sales

Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include interacting with key accounts, understanding requirements, gathering details, identifying the appropriate profile, meeting sales targets,



conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales campaigns and oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales and strategic planning
Solid skills in client relationship management and negotiation
Experience in market research and sales forecasting
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Experience in cost negotiation and proposal preparation
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the training industry or IT industries is a manadtory
Experience in Ed-Tech B2B industry is preferred
