We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Operations Executive to manage day-to-day field activities, coordinate with partners/customers, ensure smooth service operations, and resolve operational issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute day-to-day field operations.
Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, corporate locations, or other assigned sites as required.
Coordinate with partners, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
Ensure smooth execution of assigned operational activities.
Handle field-level issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Collect and verify required documents, information, and operational data.
Maintain accurate records of field visits, activities, and reports.
Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company processes.
Follow up with stakeholders regarding pending tasks and requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly field activity reports.
Support the operations team in achieving service and operational targets.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.




0–2 years of experience in field operations, field sales, healthcare operations, customer service, or a similar role.
Must have a two-wheeler/bike and a valid driving licence.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with frequent local travel.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and mobile applications.
Positive problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Should be comfortable handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
