Executive – Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Job Responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and update all ISO documentation (SOPs, policies, forms, records).
Ensure compliance with ISO standards e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 17020 and other standards as may be applicable to the company.
Coordinate internal and external ISO audits.
Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct periodic internal audits.
Coordinate Management Review Meetings (MRM).
Maintain document control and version history.
Train employees on ISO procedures and quality requirements.
Liaise with certification bodies and consultants.
Update documentation whenever processes or regulatory requirements change.
Monitor compliance and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Support certification renewal, surveillance audits, and continual improvement initiatives.





Preferred Qualifications
Graduate or Engineering degree (preferred).
Certification as an Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 preferred).
2–5 years of experience in ISO documentation and compliance.
Robust documentation, analytical, and MS Office skills.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
This position focuses on documentation, audit coordination, compliance monitoring, and ongoing improvements rather than implementing ISO from scratch.

· Salary: - 25-35k (based on experience & interview) Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
