(PMS), Mutual Fund (MF) distribution, Margin Funding.
Acquisition and Business Development:
Responsible for the acquisition and development of Franchisees in the Region.
Responsible for the revenue/profitability of franchisee businesses across the Region.
Client Relationship Management
Maintaining relations with Franchisee HNI clients & ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction for customer retention & securing repeated Business.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to customer queries, achieving delivery & service quality norms via the team.
