Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Franchise Development Manager to expand and strengthen our franchise network. The ideal candidate will have solid business development and sales skills, strategic thinking abilities, and experience building long-term relationships with franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and engage potential franchise partners through marketing campaigns, networking, events, and direct outreach
Evaluate franchise prospects and assess business viability

Sales & Deal Closure
Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to agreement closure
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet expansion targets

Training & Onboarding
Plan and deliver structured onboarding and training programs for current franchisees
Ensure adherence to brand standards, systems, and operational guidelines

Franchise Partner Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise partners
Provide ongoing operational guidance, strategic support, and performance improvement inputs

Compliance & Performance Management




Monitor franchisee compliance with brand standards, operational processes, and legal requirements
Conduct regular reviews, audits, and performance evaluations

Strategic Expansion
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion into current territories
Support leadership in developing and executing growth strategies

Financial & Business Guidance
Assist franchise partners in understanding financial reports, forecasts, and cost management
Support partners in improving profitability and operational efficiency

Marketing Collaboration
Coordinate with the marketing team and franchise partners on local and national marketing initiatives
Support brand visibility and lead generation efforts

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
