Handle enquiries, calls, emails, walk in clients, corporate clients, sub agents etc for their Travel & Tours related reservations.
Handle package tours, hotel bookings and flight tickets reservation.
Create tour package itineraries and quote to clients as per their requirements (training provided).
Deal with vendors, liaison with hotels, transporters and other service providers and negotiate for the best quote.
Update client data and follow-up status in designated software.
Manage front office

Pleasant, confident and bears a positive, qualified and ethical outlook that is conducive to attract and retain clients.
Possesses positive communication and customer handling skills
Fluency in speaking English and Malayalam is must.
Be result oriented
